Löffler is different. Unlike most competitors, Löffler decided in the early 90s to continue production in Austria, following the highest ethical and environmental standards enforced by the EU. All of this was made possible thanks to well trained, competent and motivated employees.

Many sportswear companies have already shifted production to low-wage countries in pursuit of the highest profit margins, where miserable working conditions, starvation wages and child labor are ever-present. Highly problematic include the pollution and environmental degradation caused by these ruthless methods of textile production.

70% of all materials used by LÖFFLER come from our own knitting factory in Ried im Innkreis in Austria. This unique aspect is an important basis for the outstanding quality of LÖFFLER’s Fair Sportswear.
